The breakfast was amazing… loved the eggs, cereal, fruit, cookies, ham and cheese… very good variety. Didn’t expect so much and loved it. The location was very good, short walking distance to the main spots. Staff was very sweet and friendly and my room was super spacious. Everything was good

Stayed at tis location twice!!! Easy access by feet to downtown area and touristic/historic attractions. There’s a supermarket next door. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff members that helped with tours and suggestions. They’ve even looked after our suitcase without a charge when we left for 2 nights to go to the Atacama desert. Good and simple breakfast service. An additional mirror outside the bathroom could be beneficial with 3 girls getting ready at the same time!

It’s great value for money and the breakfast is super decent - fruit, yoghurt, coffee, bread, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese. great to start the day. it’s about 3 blocks away from the subway station, and 15 minutes walking away from the central square. There’s a supermarket two houses away, which is great! Comfortable bed and very quiet room. The bathroom didn’t have much space for our things - we had to leave our soap and shampoo on the shower floor. Also, the pillows were not great, but just ok.

Very poor Wifi as mentioned in many reviews. Which is bad when great wifi in all restaurants/coffee shops available.. Had to use the downstairs pc to book onward travel for the nex day to then be told I was not allowed to use it. After explaining their wifi does not work or so slow can not look up hotels/flights the manager reluctantly let me continue on the PC but it felt very awkward. He wanted me to have the reception help. When i explained im boking flights/hotels i dont need help. I had to research myself and not be under time with someone watching.

The location wasn’t amazing but it was fine. Check out Tacos Tijuana nearby.

It was professional and clean with very friendly staff. Our room was big and comfortable with a fabulous hot shower. Location good for exploring the city. One of the best stays in our three months of travel in South America.

The staff were very helpful and the room was big, clean and comfortable. We really liked the smart TV and having USB plugs next to the bed. We were there during a nationwide power outage and the staff did their best to help. You can walk easily into the city center - it's just one road about 15/20 minutes. There's a supermarket literally nextdoor! The pool water could have been cleaner, that's it.

Comfy rooms, quiet for downtown Santiago, small pool in the backyard, good breakfast, friendly staff A little more attention to details and some maintenance would do wonders

Very modern and comfortable hostel. I booked my own bedroom and I basically had a full apartment.

Reception 24/7, we arrived in the middle of the night, room was comfy, had air-conditioning, refrigerator and microwave :) Bad was big with good mattress. Convenient location near everything we wanted to see, 20 minutes from airport by taxi. Frige with soft drinks to buy in reception :) Coffee could be better.
