The staff are professional and very friendly. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Santiago. 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it — you’ll have a great experience.

Location Well manage

Absolutely nothing. I checked out a day before because it was sooo bad! The room is cold & there is no heater. The water in shower takes forever to get warm. The room was dirty! The location is far away from everything. Min half an hour walk from historic center! At the check-in, they wanted to hold my passport as collateral for the room key! Imagine your passport for a 1/2 dollar keys!

Big kitchen, well equipped to cook own meals. Poor insolation from noise from outside or inside.

What a great hostel! Nice and helpful hosts, big kitchen with utilities, huge common area, clean bathroom with soap and toilet paper, lots od toalets and showers with hot water,lockers, no mosquitoes in the room, safe neighbourd with neoclassical buildings and excellent location.

Some lockers cannot be locked properly.or tightenly.

A big kitchen. Reception are very nice, love to help and offer travel suggestion. WiFi is not stable sometimes.

Near and clean, close to Santa Lucia and market area. It was very cold. Also, a side table would have been nice.

Location is not bad, staff are good and friendly Heating system was not working and the room was really cold, and they said heating system can not reach the thirty flor :), also shower are really bad, broken and dirty.

24h check in. Quite cheap. Good pillows. No hot water at 5am when we checked in. Bathroom had a smell. No breakfast, even if it was room description.

Great location near restaurants and bars. We had to book super last minute as our bus arrived late and we missed a flight. They still had a nice private room available for us and we could walk to a restaurant for a late dinner. Very spacious building! Maybe a little loud at night because of the street but no real issues :)

Nothing I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this place surely deserves it. Except for 2 extremely nice receptionist girls, the rest of the staff doesn't give a penny about customers. The most common answer is that there is nothing we can do about it. There are no plugs in the dorms. If toilet paper rolls run out, it takes ages until they're replaced. Plus, sometimes food is stolen from the fridge, and nobody cares. Honestly, I had one of my worst experiences staying in this hostel. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to have a horrible time in Santiago.

It's a good location and the stuff was super nice and helpful. In the rooms there are big lockers where you can put all your luggage. There is lots of space, big dinning room, kitchen and the rooms are quite spacious. It felt safe. The showers are small, without much place to put your cosmetics. It's a bit dirty in the bathroom. The internet connection is poor.

Loved this hostel , all the staff so helpful and so nice ! ..Huge lockers, comfy beds , decent wifi , Good kitchen and very spacious...What's even better that they have a partner hostel few minutes away with a pool and bar where u can go and chill....Love some of the staff..Matthew ( Matteo) , you rock, u are the sweetest and the best...Also another bit older guy with the beard very helpful...most of the staff very humble and respectful ! Location is great, quick walk to Los heroes metro and Airport blue bus....Met some nice ppl and very spacious hostel with large kitchen and hangout area ! One staff lady was very argumentative, imposing rules a bit too much and following up very aggressively like 4 to 5 times within a few hours for a 1$ payment coz I didn't have the change when I bought the drink and they have to close the account for every staff person before they leave !...Well that was still ok....But when one day I hadn't paid for the bed extension and it was beyond checkout time, I went to the bathroom and came back to see my dorm door locked with all my stuff inside and she gave me the key after I paid...That was not very cool and I absolutely did not like that !...And if not for this incident I would have really ignored the rest but that was a bit too much.... Definitely room for improvement with this lady....Only other negative that the wifi doesn't reach inside the dorms and the washrooms are not the cleanest at all times...But not so bad either!....All in all still loved this hostel and a very good value for money hostel ☺️
