I left town for a few days & needed to come back to Santiago. I immediately rebooked this property based off of my previously experience. I received the same top-notch service! Nothing, maybe could use a hairdryer

The customer service was exceptional and made our stay very comfortable. Communication through WhatsApp was very reliable & punctual. Caesar took excellent care of us during our stay. The staff were kind and welcoming, the hospitality was truly great! Definitely my top choice of stag when I return to this charming city! Nothing, Caesar took care of all of my needs!

Yungay is a fun burrio with lots of murals. The hotel felt safe and clean. Comfortable bed and linens. The host was amazing!! lots of communication. Breakfast is served to your room. The hotel is a short walk from several museums and subway stations The building is tired. The room heaters are cracked but work great. The door jams to the bathroom closes stiff or doesn't quite close but well enough to do its function. The rooms are tiny with a one person sized path around the bed/ room - which is normal for most of Chile.

The Owner/manager was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He is very good with communication. His English is pretty good. Room was a little cosy but it has everything that you need. There isn't too much to do within a five minute walk but the subway is close by and there are good restaurants with a 15 minute walk. We had a great time here

The hotel is simple but very nice. The staff were really nice. They even made us breakfast in the night so we could eat before our early flight.

The host is very helpful and kind. Whenever we asked for something he didn’t hesitate and exceeded our expectations. It made for a very welcoming and easy stay. The location isn’t too bad either, close to a metro station and some parks.

Gave us a late check out, well located for museums, let us use the kettle! Check in was a bit messy. The sheets/duvet didn’t seem clean. Room was quite small.

Cesar is a really good host and the hotel is on a very good spot of Santiago. There a subway 3 min of walk from the hotel wich you can go everywhere easly. Higly recommanded ?
