Friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood, excellent service.

The place is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Juan, he is exceptional). Super clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious. I was able to borrow a hairdryer and a adapter, such a good customer service Nothing to complain!

Great location. The Yungay neighborhood is the oldest part of the city with an incredible architecture. Moreover it offers lots of places to explore, great restaurants just a few blocks from the hotel, I highly recommend “Zarita”. Also cultural centers and activities for the art lovers and creative ones. The hotel has a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. My room was on the in the back of second floor and it was pretty quiet. If you come during the winter season consider bringing warm clothes for the night, the room has a small heater but it got chilly at times. Also if you are the picky type better bring your own towel, they look a bit worn out. Apart from that everything is very well kept. The entire place was super clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. You can choose between freshly made scrambled eggs or ham and cheese, plus a variety of buffet style breakfast items. The staff were very friendly and ready to assist you if needed. Gracias!!

Everything.

It was great: the very helpful staff, the neat hotel and room the breakfast. Nearby tube station. The price is excellent value. I'll be back. The only thing is that my room did not have a window outside but that is just a really minor thing in comparison with everything else.

This place has a lot of character, is well-located, and has the friendliest staff. I heartily recommend it! They were also very flexible with vegan options for breakfast.

This is in a nice area of Santiago and kept very well.

Very affordable prices and comfortable beds. Breakfast is filling with freshly made eggs. The staff is so helpful! Juan and another gentleman with a black beard were absolutely amazing and even printed out a paper map to help me conquer Bio Bio. The water pressure in the shower is awesome, and there's plenty of hot water. A 9 minute walk from the Museum of Human Rights and 3 minute walk to the bus stop for Plaza de Armas. Buses come every 3 minutes or so. The area can be rough after dark but just Uber. It's super cheap and I never felt unsafe.

El Señor Juan, was incredibly attentive to my needs

Staff were friendly, breakfast was simple but nice. Room was small but perfect for what I needed. Nice facilities and well looked after. In an easy spot. Walking distance to metro systems and the bus from the airport. Had a tour early in the morning and the staff were able to pack a breakfast for me. Perfect! Nothing needed to be any different

Very clean!! Breakfast hit the spot to start the day Staying in Yungay Barrio puts you close to excellent museums (We stayed 4 nights in Provedencia and 3 nites in Yungay) Very walkable to sites/attractions And also used the metro A great restaurant was right across the street from Casa Aure The room was perfect size for 2 people

The rooms can get hot since there is no air conditioning. Our room only had a small window in the bathroom, so we could not get much cooler air in the room, but they do provide fans.

Juan was amazing at the front desk. Strong communicator with several tips on the city. All the people that checked us on. Great!! Honestly couldn’t be better. One thing, we accidentally forgot to give back the charger appliance which was our fault. Completely apologize. Happy to leave a further review in lieu of the financial charge for the charger port. Our accident, truly. Overall no bad feedback.

The hotel is located in a quirky, funky neighborhood that is ideal for enjoying architecture and street art while partaking of several nearby museums nearby including the Museo de la Memoria y Derechos Humanos, which should be on the itinerary of everyone who visits Santiago. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel as well. As for the hotel itself, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Although it was summertime, the oscillating fans provided were quiet and kept me comfortably cool for sleeping and anytime else I was in the room. The breakfast provided was a happy surprise. It was ample and varied and offered fruit and other healthy options. Should you want eggs, they will be prepared to order for you by the attentive staff. Speaking of staff, I really cannot thank and praise Benjamin and Erick enough for all they did to ensure I had a pleasant stay. They are two very genuinely friendly, helpful guys who take their jobs seriously and work hard to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. I am glad I found Hotel Casa Aure and booked a stay there. I would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation. This didn't detract at all from my stay, but providing a bottle of drinking water in the room would have been nice and appreciated.

It’s a beautiful building inside and the rooms are lovely and clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! They make you eggs or ham and cheese and they have toast and cereal and juice. Coffee and tea also. It was perfect. It was very hot. They know it’s hot too because there was not one but two fans in our room. Even with the fans the room was so hot. No ventilation in the room either. No outside windows. Only an interior window which felt a little weird to sleep with open. No AC. So be careful if you go in the summer.
