Quarto espaçoso, cama super confortável, chuveiro com boa pressão de água, café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários super educados e solicitos. Nada a reclamar!

The staff were great very helpful.Easy access to the Shopping Mall and Supearket was great.Breakfast was very good....and late checkout facility was great as I was getting a late flight. The hotel felt very quiet and safe for a single traveller. There was no light in the communal corridor outside my room on the 7th floor I was in room 705 and had to walk alone from the lift on that floor down the corridor to the room door in darkness..it was a bit scary.Once you tapped the key fob on the room door the corridor light would come on. There was a generator making constant loud noise located beside the swimming pool on the 20th floor pool deck all day on the two days I sat up there and went swimming...I think there was roof or window cleaning going on....also the area beside the pool could do with some shaded area. It would be welcome if a small kettle was provided to make tea or coffee in the room and altho it was a twin room only one drinking glass was provided each day..It would also be welcome if 2 bottles of water were provided in the twin room free each day and some paper coasters or mats to put the glasses down on.

Good breakfast. It’s not a Hilton garden inn, it’s an old hotel purchased by Hilton and it’s not a very good hotel at all in my opinion. I really don’t like it when they do that, you go because you know what the garden in hotels are like but then you’ll be disappointed.

Comfy beds, amazing shower, clean rooms, great breakfast - even chef preparing fresh Tapiocas/Crepiocas delicious! Friendly staff :) There's a shopping centre (with access from the hotel) where you can find a few chain restaurants. There is nothing to complain about- only that the swimming pool could be a bit warmer - My daughter would have enjoyed it more :)

It is comfortable, very clean and practical. To be right beside a mall is an important plus. I already stayed at the hotel prior to the pandemic and the breakfast was much better. It is exactly the same standard of breakfast of GO INN( lower fare prices) what is not fair.

breakfast was amazing, much better than the hotel itself, there a little of everything even many items that you don’t usually see on breakfast buffets, we loved it. it’s just an old hotel that Hilton purchased and actually is nothing at all like a normal Hilton garden inn. to me it’s disgusting to pay extra because we already know how good the Hilton is and then get there and discover it’s just an old hotel purchased by Hilton that doesn’t even have hot water for bathing just lukewarm and a ridiculous setup of tiny stall for the pot. we will definitely avoid if possible. Now I would definitely stay somewhere else and have breakfast at the Hilton though, it worth it.
