Location

Old Small bathroom, old towels , same breakfast every days , they want to charge us for boiled eggs & it’s must be in breakfast . No one help us to carry the bags

Rooms are old and not very well finished. Bathroom vanities are outdated and faucets spills water all over the top. Toilet was leaking, had to call maintenance.

Blue Tree s a good hotel in an excellent location for Santo Andre. Walking distance from everything. Vallet parking is mandatory if you arrive by car. Front desk a is very courteous, nice breakfast. The room is getting a bit tired. They had to change the safe door, new remote bateries, the wet bar faucet had to have an adjustment to work and the foot of the table was loose. Reason I am saying rooms need some improvement. But overall very satisfied and would come back.

Great location, easy access in Santo Andre, near the Shopping ABC, very easy to move around. the room is of good size, cleand and in ok conditions. The hotel has only 2 elevators and the waiting time can be long; Staff is not friendly, they do not even greet you once you go in or out from the reception.\ Breakfast is just below average, poor cleaning of the restaurant. Paid valet service, which is fine, but normally there was only one guy working who was not able to handle alone all cars, so be ready to wait. It was a very cold night and there were no blankets available.

Location, staffs, room service, cleaning, breakfast fantastic! Living room need a more comfortable sofa, bathroom with no Barr handle inside the shower, faucet sink is to hard to shut off, getting a water liking

I recently stayed in blue tree towers and it was beautiful experiences . From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I liked the accommodations, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel locations was near stores, restaurants, public transportation and a shopping mall which made my stay more enjoyable. The overall experience was very good.

The bed was comfy There wasn’t a blackout curtain for the sunlight; there wasn’t a microwave like in the pictures; it was noisy - we could hear ppl from the other rooms
