Good location, affordable The maintenance of the facilities is lacking; the shower pressure is weak, and the room's vault was not working. Additionally, there is poor noise isolation, as a significant amount of noise from the busy avenue penetrates the room.

Right beside a mall. Good location as well. Internet wasn’t working well and I couldn’t work from there.

The bed was comfortable The breakfast was too similar between the days and the room/bathroom were not cleaned correctly The first rope was with a lamp in the middle of the bed (see the image) I requested to change and they said that there was no room available. I requested the money back and they found a room

Good proportion of cost for value in case of our needs. Bad breakfast, poor choice, exactly same every day, very often run out of coffee and took time to bring it. There is not any kind of juice available, only extremely sweet water with sirup, what they offered as yoghurt was artificial something, not a yoghurt at all... Our room was very noisy during the night due to the position of the hotel next to the main street.

very convenient because it's near to my work In the last week the hotel lost my laundry bag, the team was incompetent to deal with it, by checkout my clothes were not reimbursed, I was told that in "some days" they would communicate with me...so far I have my clothes gone, a loss of 225 EUR and no news from the hotel ever since. In my first room the air conditioner was blocked and the temperature used to fall to 18.C during the night forcing me to wake up and turn the AC on and off many times. In my second room the sanitary flush would block and I had to interfere in the mechanism to restore flushing water. From a previous unsolved complaint about the safe not working, I basically knew management of this hotel deteriorated to such level that nothing should be expected, so I didn't even bother to complain.
