RIG Colonial Experience

Las instalaciones son cómodas y tienen todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, el personal es muy amable y atento a lo que se necesite.

Desayuno aceptable, pero poca la oferta. Wifi muy muy malo. A/C bueno en la habitacion, pero muy malo en la recepcion y escaleras y pasillos. Lo peor es que no tiene ascensor, y para personas mayores es horrible. El staff sí es muy muy atento y siempre prestos a ayudar. El baño está muy mal iluminado, las mujeres no tienen luz suficiente luz para arreglarse. Sólo entregan una tarjeta-llave de la habitacion, pero porque protesté me dieron una adicional por cortesía. La cortina de la ducha no se cierra y todo se moja cuando uno de ducha. La ducha es sólo manual, no hay donde ponerla para ducharse con manos libres. La ubicación es aceptable, pero el entorno no es el mejor. El mejor carpetero fue Manuel: ESTUPENDO. Gracias a él la estancia fue mejor. Ya dicho en el párrafo anterior

The first room did not have any Wi-Fi accessibility, the tv in the room could not connect to the internet nor could my laptop and phone, and they didn't move me, it was not until I complained the next day that they moved me to another room and the internet still went in and out.

Nice cozy beds good shower and location. The wifi worked in the hallway but once you entered the room it didn't work. Could not even watch TV because it couldn't get a wifi signal. I let the guy know in the reception and he act like he didn't want to be bothered . I had a room on the second floor.

No hot water

Someone walked in my room the day I was supposed to check out before the check out time. Also the water is bipolar in terms of hot and cold.

Just the parking is a bit stressful

The hotel is very good located in Zona Colonial just walking distance from everywhere

The room was huge with a balcony overlooking the street below. Noise was minimal at all times we were in the room. Mikail was our check in person, and he was fabulous at getting us anything we needed. Unfortunately, hotels in this area do not supply washcloths, so like in Europe, bring your own. The parking was on street which was not advertised as such, however we were lucky enough to park in front of the hotel. Lobby was professional and useable. There was a smell in the hallway that smelled like sewer. Not overwhelming, but noticeable. The rooftop eating area was very windy the morning we ate breakfast, so everything was cold, but they offered a large variety of food choices. View of the ocean from here was nice. I'm sure on non-windy days the food is much warmer.

Nice new place. Good location. Comfortable beds. Hot water. Modern design. The swimming pool felt dirty

The room was very nice and modern. The Wi-Fi was horrible, very weak and was not functional the majority of the time. Breakfast is served on the top floor which 5 flights of stairs to walk up.
