I made this reservation and I paid when I arrived, this reservation was made for two nights, and when I arrived other guy at the reception told me I didnt pay the second night… at night without any possible way to pay because they only charged me “one night”. Havent been in a place with such miscommunication and disorder.

Very good service, I got earlier than the check-in hour, but the room was ready for me. And the room was nice. The air conditioner took a while to cool the room.

The staff was very friendly and even tho we were not fluent in speaking Spanish they took the time out to translate via Google Translate and that was a high plus for us. I liked everything so no complaints

It was Wonderful, it was from 7 - 9 am, kind a buffet Cleaning service is good, It Could be better, Having Andrés Atm in the hotel.

The location is perfect to get anywhere you’re going. You can walk to the supermarket. My television never worked and I asked several times to have It fixed. The coffee is cold in the morning.

The location. The bed was uncomfortable, we didn't have bathroom towels. I requested 2 single beds and when I arrived they said that they didn't have them available because the hotel was full (they didn't even respect the reservation I made many months ago). In general terms a really bad experience.

Breakfast was good. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Had to extend my stay for a few days and they were very accomodating.
