Good location. Great staff. Room on a third floor, no elevators. Not even a bottle of water in the mini fridge/mini bar.

Showed up and they had no rooms available after confirming the reservation. The spent 40 mins on a call with booking.com and they said nothing they could do.

Hide charge, when I get there, they charge me some fee that was not clear to me. The bed and pillows where uncomfortable, need to upgrade.

It feels safe, clean, comfortable and now they have made a terrace on which also smokers can feel free and smoke inside the building. Plus I loved that the bellboy carried my luggage’s up and down next morning too !
