The location was right next to this really beautiful park that we would walk to to get coffee. Breakfast was included in stay!

The staff is amazing! All of them were very caring and helpful, every single one of them were going above and beyond, that kindness was unexpected but very welcomed. The front desk staff was very competent and professional, and the kitchen and cleaning staff were the sweetest people. I would come back just for the staff. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. It looks like they need a bit of an update, though, but it's not a deal breaker.

I arrived at 4AM, they woke up and I checked in. I really appreciate it! the staff is good. i was there for 2 nights, breakfast was the same - yuca, eggs and a piece of meat Sheets and towels are not clean. They definitely washed them, but there are still stains. the furniture is kinda old. it seems to be good in the photo, but there are stains somewhere, something is broken somewhere, there is a crack somewhere, etc.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its location. The location is great. It's located in the heart of downtown. There's a great park in front of the hotel. Also, there are many fast food restaurants nearby, such as McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, etc. The room is not worth the price charged. The bathroom is an absolute mess. There's no hot water and the toilet is broken. There's no shampoo or soap of any kind. There's no soundproofing at all. I constantly heard very loud sounds from the TV in the neighboring room, which was very annoying and prevented me from sleeping at night due to the noise. Sometimes, I even heard 18+ sounds from the neighboring room. I could get a way better hotel for this price.

The service crew were amazing! They went over the expectations I had Bathroom where the shower is has only medium door and the first night the room besides the kitchen was way too loud and sometimes the cleaning people were a bit noisy but besides that it was perfect

The shower had little to no pressure. It was a nightmare to take a bath.

The photos shown on Bookings.com that aren't the same as the reality on the property. The pool was dirt.
