The gym

When i arrived the reserved room was not what i booked. But the staff quickly changed it to better room with spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Clean the staff was excellent very nice helpful The noise maintenance next to the room I was staying I wasn’t informed of what was happening or about to happened it was very loud couldn’t focus. No one had the decency to tell me or asked me if I wanted to move to another room after complaining that’s when they said it shouldn’t have taking that long. It was almost every day for 3 days. And the food got sick after eating this fish wasn’t fresh and the bread taste old frying the fish that night I had diarrhea had to call for tea something for stomach pain. They need to do better, when you order a meal you don’t get everything you asked for. Something is always missing. Burger not cook inside meat is raw when I asked well done. Very greasy again the taste of the oil is disappointing. Breakfast almost the same thing every day.

Great service. Am an returning client and will be soon back. Friendly staff. Ready to help you with everything you need. Now they are changing their elevators for more modern and quiet ones. i had an issue with my safe and the technical team fixed it right away.

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was quiet, which is rare in SD. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The 24/7 gym is sufficient. There is a pool area and patio in the back that is understated but tranquil. Wi-fi was strong. My large (K size) bed was comfortable. Hot water was consistent in the shower. Staff was friendly and spoke English. The restaurant and lobby have lots of places to sit down with your laptop, have a coffee, watch a sports game. The TV didn't have many shows in English, but I don't watch much TV and have a laptop, so not a big deal. One elevator was out of service, with one remaining, during my stay. Hotels in the DR are not as nice as in the US, even the same brand/chain, but this one was good overall. Oh, the power went out one night, but came back on within a minute.

Hotel was centrally located in a very safe zone of the city. Hotel is fully renovated and very modern. Friendly staff and lots of facilities.

Friendly staff... friendly taxi drivers Pool...clean but the view in the pool not too exciting. No nearby convenient stores, only in hotel... options were limited. Live music needed a bit more often

Breakfast was good. Staff was really nice. I appreciated the fact that we had a gym You had to provide signature for every single thing. Even for breakfast which supposedly was included we had to sign a bill and put our names down

Good comfortable stay, Ac units are very loud, though very efficient. I cannot bear their sound and had to have them switched off. But it’s okay to sleep with open window, no very hot
