My flight was delayed and l informed booking and the hotel one day before arrival. They refused to consider the notice and charged the first day. In addition, when l wanted to extend my stay, they could only offer one night.

Por un error de una reserva me van a cobrar y les pedí el favor de poder cancelarla de forma gratuita Además perdí 2 elementos allá y al final se los robaron porque como se va a perder una crema de 1 litro que dejé en la nevera. Definitivamente como visitante frecuente del hotel no puedo volver y tampoco lo recomendaré

Esta fue mi tercer estadida, previamente yo nos tuve ningun problema con los choferes pero esta ves el taxita Nelson nos fue honesto/Claro conmigo. Le pedi que me llevara al Mercado modelo el precio es $20.00 dolares solamente para llevarme. Yo en ningun momento le dije que me diera un tour. Fui a la zona colonial que esta a 10 minutos del mercado modelo. Nelson nunca me dijo cuanto eras si no al final cuando me llevo al hotel. El muy descarado sinverguenza me dijo que eras $90.00 dolares. Me senti que me robo porque otro taxitas me cobraron $40 dolares por el mismo servicio y me llavaron a varios lugares. Fue mi error por nos usar a mi taxita que siempre uso el señor Felo o Edwin Reyes.

The hotel service and the breakfast

decided to give them another try because I didn’t enjoy my previous stay. This time around, they were excellent — especially the front desk agent, Angel. He made sure everything was smooth and clean, and he went out of his way to turn my previous negative experience into a pleasant one. I will definitely return, thanks to the outstanding treatment I received from Angel this time.

The floor carpets needs a deep cleaning

Great location on a main thoroughfare, walking distance to many major attractions. Strong, friendly, and attentive staff. Executive lounge was very nice. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. This is a very nice property. I did send laundry out to be done. I sent it out one morning before 7:00 am. The next evening at 9:10 pm (which was the night before I was to leave) I had to go on a search and rescue mission to find my laundry. After speaking with four different employees (who were all attempting to help - though initially to no avail - my laundry was finally located. We had been told twice that the laundry did not have it. Although it was ultimately delivered to my room very late on my last night, I invested far more time in that than I wanted to. And I suspect if I hadn’t raised the issue and continued to follow up I would never have seen my clothes again. Otherwise this was a great stay (and we will return if possible on our next visit to Santo Domingo). But the laundry service needs attention.

The staff was not attentive as there was other lot of noises made by other people and when complained about it was told that they cannot do anything about it. Additionally, the electricity keep shutting off with no explanation.

Excellent service, good food at reasonable prices. Gym and Pool were nice. Good shower A/C cannot be controlled. Our room smelled wet and the carpet felt wet and dirty.

The location is amazing. Everything is clean. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfast was the best. I paid for VIP but they didn’t have room. The room that they gave me was not good. The jacuzzis was cool.
