The hospitality at Marriott Piantini, is the best you will find in Santo Domingo. I am a bachelors graduate in hospitality and management in this exceeded my expectations. The staff comes and clean your room to perfection when you are not there so you always come back to a fresh clean room. The property is perfect. There should be no section to say anything bad about this perfect hotel.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff in the lobby and the bar areas were nice and friendly. And I was impressed by the location of where the hotel is located. I did not like that the room did not have any beverages. I believe all of the rooms should at least be stocked with small snacks , in case of any medical emergencies.

The location, the comfort of the room. Service is very dissapointing and untrainned. Got in the hotel at 2am there was no one in the reception had to wait for 25 min. The other day ordered breakfast in the room they got wrong all items. Got down in the lobby to get money exchanged the person in charge of that wasnt there.. asked for the concierge to get info on where could I get the money exchanged, I was told the concierge went home for a while, this was at 2:45 pm..

The room was very nice! and I couldn't hear anything from the rest of the rooms which I really liked. The staff was amazing, very helpful. Konhé the best one! I had a good experience, so nothing to complain.
