The room doors are a bit noisy because when one of them closed you could literally hear the whole floor. For breakfast they didn't have a variety of juices

The receptionist deducted to my credit card amount of 100usd .She told me like a deposit but the remaining money not yet return to my account. I send many times messages to the property But No response at All.

Location was good and the breakfast too The air conditioning in the room was terrible it will turn off in the middle of the night making the room super hot and we tried to change it out of automatic and lower the temperature and it would let us ..so we had a sleepless night which was not good

New and clean. The stuffs are great with quick actions and friendly response. Jacinto is the best !!! He’s so professional and helpful during my stay. The Mexican restaurant at the first floor is impressive. The rooftop bar has great view and I appreciate Rudi’s service and fun conversation - Peña colada is a must-have. Another great thing is the lobby has open working space!

I had an amazing stay at Aloft Santo Domingo Piantini. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the entrance to the elevators and the rooms. The hotel felt incredibly secure, with a visible presence of either military or police officers, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was modern and vibrant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo, and I will absolutely be staying here again!
