Location and the staff was great. I personally want to compliment room staff and particularly Jason. He was very accommodating and always so kind and helpful. The front desk was the same way as well. Overall my experience was great. I have nothing bad to say.

The security at the front treated us badly. The toilet at room 0916 didn’t work and the air wasn’t cold.

Hotel muito bem localizado com uma ótima estrutura. Quarto confortável. Boa cama, bons travesseiros. Ótimo café da manhã, bem variado. Staff simpatico e atencioso. Bom serviço de limpeza do quarto. Fiquei num quarto com vista para a piscina e o som do restaurante da piscina durante todo o dia e a noite era muito alto e mesmo com janelas fechadas passava a vibração. As toalhas também estavam um pouco desgastadas.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, and the hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available whenever I needed assistance. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others. Nothing at all. Everything met and even exceeded my expectations. My stay was wonderful, and I have no complaints. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Oceanfront location and the breakfast with the view. The floor below us was under renovation throughout our stay. It was extremely noisy from early in the morning, with constant drilling and construction work, and there was dust as well. What was most disappointing is that nobody informed us about these renovations in advance—neither by phone nor upon check-in. The room we stayed in was advertised as newly renovated, but the renovation was only partial. The bathroom was clearly outdated, with the old marble, tiles, countertops, and other fixtures still in place. The breakfast also offered fewer options than on our previous visits. When we requested toothpaste, the staff assured us that it would be brought to our room, which we appreciated. However, it took an entire hour to arrive, and only after we had called the front desk five times. Each time, the reception staff said they were following up with housekeeping, but the delay was unacceptable for such a simple request.

I stayed at Catalonia Santo Domingo for 2 nights. Although I didn’t have time to fully explore the hotel, I enjoyed the great location and the beautiful view from my room. The breakfast was good, but the rooms felt a bit outdated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The view from the breakfast area was beautiful,

Spacious lobby, many restaurants, nice pool, ocean view Lacking on a few maintenance items, however this is pretty standard for any hotel in Santo Domingo. I’ve stayed at every high end hotel in the city.

The tub was a little to small,and toilet was to slow to dis charge, had to flush twice.
