Well located for meeting with Government offices. Crean and staff ready to help. It is a building with renovation need but very crean and functional.

It is for long stay and have to bring you own stuff. No shampoo, not 1 glass or cup. Kitchen with 100% nothing, no plate nothing, only a dripping tap. Have to wait almost 15 minute before warm water comes and often cold again for a while. It is old and no good maintenance to keep it nice. Hanging doors, mirror ugly from being old and damaged. If you do 1 night bookings you should provide hotel quality.

The cabinets of the kitchen will need to be fixed. There are not elevator but it is not a issues if you don't have heavy baggage.

when we got there the ladies at the front desk were friendly. they lied to us, me and my family we literally got scammed by this “Hotel” or whatever it is… we rented an entire apartment and they ended up giving us individual rooms because they said the apartment wasn’t ready to be rented… absolutely unacceptable they didn’t even send an email or anything we just found out the moment we got there and we were 11 people, electricity goes down all the time… and the stairs are not suitable for elder people… to be honest I don’t understand from who this place has got good reviews… is a total SCAM.

Location, near everything if needed to get anything else food wise, ac worked. Bed was not comfortable, tv did not work.

Just the attention and friendly attitude from the from desk young girls. Beside that everything is a mess, in fact the phone number those people stted in your page is no working or never ever anybody anwer, that number is out of service. This place is awful is a mess nad disgusting.

The location was excellent. Close to the central bus station with connections to Puerto Plata, La Romana and many more.
