Convenience location. Good food, friendly staff The carpet was terrible, it looked dirty and sticky. The furniture was dusty.

I liked the location. I didn't like the fact that the price was higher than what was quoted to me in the app. There should be a way where the guest pays on the app and doesn't have to worry about a surprise higher bill.

The place was good. The internet is down all days, that’s really disgusting. The elevator was out of service almost 4 days, that’s was horrible!!! The personal all time seeing their cellphones, really not good.

The convenient of being close to anything. There was a dead cucaracha under the table for the entire weekend that I was there, which means they never cleaned the room 408 that I was in. Nasty hair everywhere in the bathroom specifically around the toilet. I will never stay in that hotel again. I rather pay a little bit more and get something better, like the Sheraton Hotel.
