location excellent Had two showers one outside at back and the other in bathtub inside which was the problem. Both being over 75 years could not get into tub [to high] and getting out was a nightmare. recommend get rid of bath tub and replace with nice shower.

I loved my stay here. The room was very comfortable, and the best part was the location - you could access the beach with a short walk (maybe 5 minutes? maybe less!) through a nearby hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby, yet it's still quiet all the time. The pool and breakfast were also good. Eggs were available every day, made to order. Excellent service from the staff - I had a late flight on the day I checked out and was able to store my luggage there all day. I also used their laundry service and it was one of the best laundry experiences I had in two months of traveling SE Asia. Two things that stood out but still don't overshadow the experience and I would definitely stay again: 1) the bathtub was pretty beat up. It looks dirty at first, but it just needs to be re-glazed. And 2) the balcony didn't have a view; it just faced a building wall. But again, I would still highly recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The breakfast was good. The location was phenomenal right in the middle of main road & beach. Short walk to both. Would stay there again. Would prefer a room downstairs.

Great location, clean, quiet, nice pool, nice simple breakfast, friendly staff, huge room, I loved it. I couldn't tap and pay, you have to pay with a physical card. Next time I'll pay in advance as they charge 3% credit card fee at the property (apparently this is government issued but I'm not sure).

We were right next to the pool which was amazing and perfectly clear. There were so many eateries with so much variety and everything we ate was awesome. The rooms were a great size and the outside shower was great in the mornings. The staff were amazing and provided anything we asked for. I actually asked if our aircon could be serviced as I ha$ been unwell. The guy came within half an our and had the job done very quickly. The rooms were very tired and required updating. Breakfast was minimal and we often arrived at 8.40 and the fruit and butter was all gone and one day we could only get a plain omelette. The outdoor shower was great however there was no light outside which meant you couldn’t see.

Great location and nice Bali vibe. Certainly not the most comfortable pillows. Otherwise it’s a beautiful villa.

Loved the pool, staff & location. Airconditioning works well in the smaller rooms not so much the bigger suites. Flexibility given to us when we requested changing rooms and for checking out. Didn't like the hot room 4 which was one of the suites. We did travel in the hot build up season though.
