Location is near to the beach. A lot of space for the money. The place is a bit dated. No furniture around the pool to hang out. There was a mouse living under the stairs in the apartment.

- Booked accomm same day as we had to leave our previous booking due to issues. - Manager was very responsive via WhatsApp in getting the villa ready for us - noting it was yet to be cleaned. - Large spacious villa, all beds with mosquito nets, aircon etc. - Filtered water machine - in room safe - Quiet residential area with villas central pool - Walking distance to local shops, Warungs, Sindhu beach, Maccas etc However we used GoJek for travel. - Beds are comfortable - Felt very safe at the villa with staff manning the gate at all times. - Better signage on the street for the villa - there is no sign /number etc. Had issues with GoJek not turning up/getting lost - Lack of seating, sunlounges around the pool. Lovely pool but no where to sit without dragging chairs from our villa - Bamboo lounge - inadequate for sitting on comfortably to watch TV in lounge room. - TV in Master Bedroom stopped working last century. We like to watch TV before bed but could not. - Could use more kitchen utensils - No breakfast included, no where to get drinks or food on site.

Location + quiet. 1) lack of proper property maintenance, it’s outdated and not in great shape 2) invisible staff; no change of towels, beds were not made up during our 3-night stay, not once we were asked if we needed anything during our stay 3) terrible bed pillows, with only 1 per bed, and with no additional available when asked for 4) 1x tiny bottle of shampoo and shower gel 5) tiny pool 6) check in after 3pm, check out between 6-11am, really?

We loved the location. It is a fairly short walk to the beach where you can rent bikes and tool around. The property was so comfortable, the pool was great. We LOVED the food vendor lot that was very close to the villa. It was a GREAT place for dinner. It was so convenient and delicious to have that there. The grocery was convenient. There was a spa just down the road, walking distance (toward the beach). The villa was clean. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. It was great to have a washing machine. We loved our stay here. The intersection between the villa and the beach is huge and intense to cross. All the same, we stayed here more than once we liked Sayang Taman so much.

The location and the surrounding area. It was so peaceful and the pool was amazing to swim in. It was like you were in your own little oasis. Fast and reliable WiFi. Loved everything.
