It was a gorgeous place, maintained so well by Chin. She's a lovely woman, who runs the place herself, and takes so much efforts to ensure everything is just perfect. She understands English and helped us with so many things that we didn't even ask for and even said she will continue to help us on whatsapp should we encounter any issues when we reach Alishan. Nothing!!!!!

The concept and location of hotel is perfect, you feel comfortable as if you were at home.

Great little boutique hotel. Large room. Comfy bed and the host was super friendly and helpful. It was a little out of the way from any restaurants, but we had a car and it was easy to get anywhere within 15 mins.

Tastefully furnished. Amazing breakfasts & a complimentary afternoon tea, they’re tasty & done with finesse. The property comes with elevator even though it’s only 3-4 levels, an absolute pleasant rarity! We find our bed a tad bit small & the mattress hard.
