The hotel was fantastic, with a great location! The staff were incredibly friendly! Special thanks to Sales Manager Mr. An for his assistance during our stay. His help made our trip to Sanya smooth and enjoyable.

Location only, everything else either poorly maintained or broken！ Overpriced compared to the competition. Only Chinese and Russia and spoken, no English spoken, fortunately my wife is Chinese.

The location is very convenient as it is within short walking distance to the beach, the happening esplanade, restaurants and a nearby mall. Old style of small plastic bottles of bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. Very environmentally unfriendly! The demerit of the open bathroom design - there is nowhere for hanging dry clothes inside the shower cubicle.

The location at Dadonghai area by the beach and all the activities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was also good.

Large room excellent housekeeping, drinking water provided Great seaview Fridge and kettle provided Dining room experience. Hot Food always cold as containers were not suitable for keeping it hot. Constantly had to wait for cleared table. Not enough staff to cope with size of room

Large bedroom. Good location near a mall and many good food options at reasonable prices. When you book a premier seaview room (270 degrees?? Can't remember exactly) with photos showing seaviews from both lengthy windows adjacent to each other at about 90 degrees?? , you would expect to get a room like the one shown in the photo. In reality, if unfortunately you're given a low floor, supposed seaview from one side of the window will be blocked by buildings and the view from the windows , well you get a tall building smack in the middle blocking the view of the sea. So if you've booked such a room, insist on a room from at least floor twelve (I think) and up. Otherwise you'll not get the views you paid for.

Excellent location with a view of Dadonghai bay; centrally location with proximity to the neighboring shopping precincts and attractions. A bit dated but this is not a deal breaker.

The location is very good-close to the beach and shopping centers, restaurants. Good breakfast. A bit hard to communicate with the reception, as they don't speak English.

Good value for money, comfortable and clean hotel. Semi-transparent restroom seems not so good. The hair dryer was very weak.

Really love our room, it was big and facing the beach. Beach towels were provided as well, for future consideration,it would be great if hotel could provide a beach bag for the towels. Breakfast options was a lot but the quality was so so. But really appreciate that the breakfast ends at 12noon. Thumbs up. Location was great as it was near a mall and a stretch of eateries by the beach. 20mins to Sanya train station. No room service for food, no English speaking staff. Most of the menu are only in Mandarin or Russian.
