The hotel upgraded us from a 3 bedroom apartment to penthouse, unfortunately they didn't inform us that the penthouse has only 2 toilets. But we appreciate the good gesture. The toliet has water leakage from the shower that cause the toliet wet and slippery.... they might want to look into it. Dangerous for old folks.

Had an ocean view room which offered sunrise view from bed! Of course it warmed up fairly quickly with the Sanya sun. Close to coastal walk and about 15-20 min to main road with eateries and groceries. Enjoyed the breakfast, esp the veg dishes. There are convenience shop and cafes for quick bites. Not really a minus. Just that it's in the resorts area, great for those who want a quiet retreat but not really for tourists to get a ground feel of Sanya.

Well-sized rooms, comfortable beds, large bathroom with lovely amenities, great location. The coffee and drinks bar were well stocked and tasty. The room was a little dirty on arrival with lots of hairs around. Although a coffee machine is provided, coffee wasn’t. The gym didn’t have any air conditioning which wasn’t ideal.

They have safety deposit. Never let them charge deposit from your card, you risk to never get it back. Give in cash and receive on the date of departure in cash. I tried to call hotel support several times, but they just say “we sent it” and that’s it, they haven’t even contacted their back to check if there was any problem with the transaction.
