Comfortable beds, great showers and friendly staff (I didn't meet any that spoke English but they were happy to communicate through Google translate) Difficult to find as it's hidden away behind the main street with no signage. It would be super helpful to have a signpost on the main road or at least mention when booked how to find it.

The location is the best, the people were helpful and easy going. Ive had the best stay there and great memories. However the dorm was kinda dirty, my bed wasnt ready when I came, during my stay they made a mistake about my reservation and thought I would be leaving earlier. So it was not perfect but it’s still a good place with a groupchat organized so that people can hang out together so I would still recommend it !

It's basically the only affordable accommodation option Sanya, it's very clean, it's quiet, and the dorm beds are sturdy and with a curtain. Also, when you check in you get a free beer if you ask. I wish the staff were more helpful in terms of planning. China is difficult for foreigners. Telling people about apps like atrip, didi, and the train app is good, but it would be even better to help them use these apps and plan excursions.

The bar/restaurant look amazing. Bathroom was clean for Chinese hostel standard. Dorm is too small, hot, humid, no space for luggage. I couldn’t sleep from the noise in the room and people being up. Couldn’t find the location correctly on booking.com. Staff could speak better English and be more helpful.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Some people reviewed not all staff speak English, it's not a problem since you just write what you want to them in wechat and the app translates it, super easy. Here's a good variation of different rooms, something for everyone! Rooms and facilities are cleaned on a daily basis. The guests are a good mix of westeners and chinese people. In the same location there's a cafe for fresh smoothies, snacks and also a pizzeria, very cozy and also here super friendly staff. I highly recommend =)

I stayed in a female room of four for 10 nights in February. The bed was very comfy and clean. Additionally you are able to get free sheets each 3 days if needed. Other than that slippers, Shampoo and Shower gel are for free as well. (Toothbrush, toothpaste and towels you would have to buy.) The hostel offers surfing or paddle opportunities if interested. As a guest the first time will be for free. Regarding the patio which is strongly to recommend staying, they offer coffee, drinks and food for guest and walk-in customers. Furthermore they are stocked with a lot of games, such as card games, poker, games for kids, tennis Equipment... Therefore it's quite easy to get in touch with others. I also appreciated that the staff constantly reminded everyone about rules, which made the stay very pleasant. Most of the staff are also very kind and have an optimistic workattitute. Furthermore, the hostel is very close to the beach (about 5 minutes), perfect for daily run sessions. It also is surounded by restaurants, supermarkts and a mall. Firstly I wanna mention that I think the Level of cleanliness definitely has to improve. Although the room itself were clean, the share sanatory fascilities were kinda dirty. Empty shampoo bottles of guests were laying around, toilet paper ran out and didn't got refilled, stains on the floor (also blood stains) stayed at the floor the whole time I was there... Secondly, the description of having towels free of charge is missleading, it seems that this might just got offered to guests in single rooms.

Friendly staff always available to provide helping hand and support, the free of charge activities they provide! There’s a lack of fresh air getting in the room, we had an window with mosquito net to protect us however on the other side the door was tightly closed so the airflow was blocked and I had to smell the farting from the guy occupied the bed below mine!

I had a great time staying here for almost a week! There was always something happening around, which made the stay really exciting. Everyone was very friendly and happy to talk, help me find things, or explain how things work in China. Enjoyable experience! Some nights, a group of drunk Chinese students were a bit aggressive. Also, not all the staff or visitors spoke decent English or Russian

General cleaning standard is lower than other places. No hot water in the basin in the private rooms No deadlock on the door in the private rooms there is a washing machine and a dryer available to hire but the instructions are unclear and dryer filter is very dirty. 20cny for a dryer is very expensive. bed is soft in the private rooms the aircon lights up the room at night in the private rooms there are feral cats who live around the area and keep their babies on the roof. don’t stay here if you care about basic animal welfare even by chinese standards. bedsheets not changed, sink not cleaned in the private rooms

Offered my surfing lessons and good location. Also nice bar and pizza place at property Not very clean bathroom area, mold and leakage in the rooms, smelly shoe place and staff was drunk when I wanted to check in. Also make sure you can pay Alipay, WeChat or cash upon arrival, cause that’s how they want you to pay. After one night went to a hotel to continue my stay.
