Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. The hotel overall and the room were clean Room was a bit smelly and wet (probably because of the city climate). They could try to improve the smell of the room, maybe having it opened for a while or with a dehumidifier.

I was told the Hotel's restaurant was 24/7 which wasn't the case. Since I went there before and after the Lençóis trip I was able to see other options of room, some are much better than others.

It’s located fairly near the Historical Center and São Luís Shopping Mall, and Litorânea Beach is not so far. The location was really convenient! The staff was super helpful and solicit as well. I expected the room to be a bit more comfortable, but it was okay. The bedside outlet wasn’t working.

The air conditioning wasn't working. The apartment was absolutely noisy. The employee at the receptions wasn't friendly and not solved what I asked. Really bad expirience.

Worst hostel I have ever been at. I sent them multiple messages on Instagram and Booking to request a late checkout and they never replied to me. Then, I arrived at the hotel quite late around midnight and they took 40 minutes to do the check-in because their printer didn’t work. Then, they said that to do a late checkout (2PM instead of 12PM), they would charge me an entire day, even after I told them it is standard in most hotels. I got to the room and it was filthy. It looked like the cleaning lady had only done the bed, there was an open can of Coke on the table and leftovers from the previous people. The AC also didn’t work and they were not able to fix it so I barely slept that night. I went the next day to complain at reception and they told me that they would reimburse me for my stay. They never did so in the end and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Please avoid this place, it’s terrible.
