Gentileza da equipe Faltou café no café da manhã. Quanto muito úmido, 312, con cheiro muito ruim. Poucos elevadores - um não funcionava- mais de uma vez desci e subi pelas escadas. Preço alto pelo que oferece.

I liked the pool and steam room and the bed of the room was comfotable Room could have been cleaner, response time of staff was slow when requesting simple things like shampoo. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the fact that we got there an hour before check in and the girl at the front desk said that the room would be ready in 10 min for us but we ended up waiting until the 3pm check in time to get in the room. So next time just be up front and let us know that we wont be able to get in until 3pm and we wouldnt have waited in the lobby we could have gotten lunch or a drink at the bar. Be truthful dont play games with guests. Especially at a hotel of this level it was annoying and will prob not be staying next time.

I like pretty much everything! Wonderful Staff. Great Service. Delicious and diverse Breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel! Every time I go to Sao Luis. Brazil, I stay there. This is my 5th time with them! I was there for 15 days this time with my boyfriend. We had a blast. Welton, the bartender at the lobby is a great guy, provided service The staff makes us feel very welcome and at home. Every time we needed anything they took care of it and was fast.

Elevators. They ae small and when they finally stopped at our floor, they were full. A friend came to visit me, and the hotel wanted to charge him 100 reals for him to be able to go to my room. I've never seen this before.

This hotel really surprised me—in a good way! The place is super modern and actually looks like the pictures (for once). Everything was well taken care of, from the lobby all the way to the pool, which felt like a little slice of vacation heaven. The location? Perfect. Super clean area, right in the middle of great restaurants and shops. Basically, you can walk everywhere and still feel fancy doing it. Staff was friendly and clearly knew what they were doing—no awkward “let me check with my manager” moments. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom made me want to remodel mine at home. Highly recommend if you want a stay that’s easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. Would totally go back! The hotel has a lot going for it, but a few things definitely stood out—in the not-so-great way. First, the elevators were being renovated during my stay, which meant noise, longer waits, and some extra cardio I didn’t ask for. The air conditioning worked, thankfully, but it felt like an older unit—definitely not the quiet, modern kind. It got the job done, just with a bit more personality (read: noise) than I’d like. And the windows weren’t airtight, which is a problem when the wind outside sounds like it’s auditioning for a horror movie. The noise was pretty constant and made it hard to fully relax, especially at night. Great hotel in many ways, but these things made the stay less smooth than it could’ve been.

The Pool outside was nice and the view from the room of the ocean The first room we were given had a terrible odor and did not feel clean , the service was not up to a 5 star rating, the food was below average- nothing nearby to do
