The room we stayed was extremely big and very comfortable, with sea view and very thing works well

The employees at the front reception to the employees in the restaurant this hotel were the best. The gym was great as well as was the breakfast every morning. The pool was nice as well but needs some repairs. What once was one of the best hotels according to my wife who's from Sao Luis has fallen into a decline. We moved 3 times because of issues in the rooms. Leaking showers, leaking facets, TV never worked until the last day. They just have sheets on the beds with no comforter. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Cleaning was done but years of neglect has the place a mess. I must say our cleaning girl tried her best. The bones are still there to make this hotel nice again. The employees are dedicated to that, but is the owner?

They say upon check out that system was down and invoice will be sent by mail but 12 days after and chase them many times they still did not send it.

Bathrooms are too old and need serious renovation. Floors are too dark. Bedrooms are too old. The hotel needs some serious renovation. This is not a four star hotel, and it's far too expensive for what it is.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating even for an English speaker with little Portuguese skills. I particularly loved the pool and 24/7 reception was very convenient for early/late check in and out.

Almost nothing. Facilities are obsolete and I wasn’t able to get warm water for shower.

I didn't like anything The toilet wasnt working, they replaced the bath towel and didn't let new ones, I am requesting the recipt (fiscal note) and they are still pending to send. I strongly do not recomend

breakfast run out of food, if you didn't get there early. the hotel its getting work done all around the property, felt like i was in a construction zone. Hall ways with MOLD on the walls. Room have no decor , extremely need a full update

Excellent service from the staff, especially those working poolside during the weekend. The pillows were quite thin.

The location of the hotel was very good in the city of São Luis. It has a very beautiful view from the bedroom window. Eh hotel practically standing on the sand. I found the elevator extremely slow, they charged a higher amount than Booking (they even said it was more expensive because I had to pay a bookin fee for them); The parking lot was always full of cars belonging to people who weren't staying, they should have inspected that, so I had to park my car elsewhere several times.
