I liked the location, close the subway, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants. My bedroom was very clean, the shower was good, the breakfast was great too. They provide rubber flip-flops for you to wear during your stay, which I thought was a great idea. Every time I left the hotel, I had to leave the key at reception, which bothered me a little.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff. Clean hotel, rooms spotless. Very good breakfast. Location very good. Metro station Rebulica nearby. Nearby, Carlino italian restaurant excellent for lunch. Also a wonderful nearby café Mundo Pão do Olivier.

well equiped room The reception access could have a ramp. It was hard to carry all my suitcases through the stairs.

The hotel has a great location, perfect for exploring the historic part of the city. During the day the surroundings feel quite safe, although at night it is better to avoid walking in the area. The breakfast was satisfying, offering everything usually served in Brazil, with a big plus for the selection of fresh juices. The elevator was quite cramped, the room design looked a bit dated and would benefit from refreshing, and the bathroom was very small.

The bathroom was so, so small that you couldn't dry yourself in it after the shower. The neighborhood is not recommendable.

Very well located. Excellent breakfast. It was the fourth or fifth time we’ve stayed in this hotel, in the past 12 months. Every previous time, it was perfect. We usually book a standard room. At this time, unfortunately, even having made the reservation in advance, and having communicated our arrival time, they put us on the fifth floor, a smoking floor (we do not smoke), in a very bad room, smaller than all the others we’ve stayed before. We’ve tried, unsuccessfully, to change. And, when, at the departure, we’ve registered our frustration and displeasure, at this time, the lady at the desk, was very rude.

Most of the staff does not have a good command of the English language. It took longer to sign in.
