I keep coming back to this hotel for its cool vibe and excellent value. I love the spacious breakfast room and its friendly staff. The rooms are simple but large, modern, and comfortable. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is on the same block as the iconic Copan building, surrounded by a wonderful mix of bars, restaurants, and quirky independent shops. Across the street is Galeria Metrópole, São Paulo’s first shopping mall—an architectural gem filled with restaurants and unique stores instead of the usual chain outlets. Be sure to visit Paiol on the second floor for its beautiful handicrafts from all over Brazil. Two caveats: Front-facing rooms can be noisy because the windows don’t provide much sound insulation, so I always bring silicone earplugs. Rooms at the back are currently affected by noise from a building under construction. I hope the hotel will eventually invest in better soundproofing. Also, be careful with your phone on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Mine was snatched in a split second by a passing delivery cyclist. This type of theft is well known in the area, so it’s best to keep your phone out of sight when you’re outside.

A localização é perfeita, junto ao Copan e bem central, com vários restaurantes e atrações próximos. O hotel é bem organizado e super bonito. O quarto é excelente e espaçoso. O café da manhã é um pouco desorganizado, mas nada muito grave.

The reviews that mention this hotel's staff being exceptionally pleasant are all true. They go out of their was to help, always! The breakfast is amazing and the location is so central you can get to anywhere else with so much ease. Not much to dislike, but perhaps the fact that there wasn't an in-house restaurant servicing guests at other times other than breakfast.

The location was perfect as I was doing work in the area. It was central for a little sightseeing and great restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of options. There was also a small gym that had 2 treadmills and weights. As a tourist you need to be very careful as the location can be dangerous at night. The room was also a little noisy, as I could hear the people in the next room. But earplugs worked great so it was not an issue for me.

Great value for money for a relatively new hotel! Friendly staff!

I liked the location in the historic centre of Sao Paulo, close to Edificio Italia and the Copan Building and a short walk from the Municipal Theatre - I was there for Carnival and the Street Carnival ("blocos") happened just in front of the hotel, so I felt like being in the epicentre of Brazilian Street Carnival. I could either observe the carnival from safe distance from the Terrace or from in front of the hotel. Also the Anhembi Sambadrome is a short ride away by taxi which was convenient. - the staff was very helpful in helping me with my mobility - I loved the big room, although the air condition didn't seem to be powerful enough to cool down sufficiently the room - the breakfast buffet was enormous and I had very filling and tasty breakfasts - down the street there is an excellent Thai Restaurant (Elephant Thai Food), which I really recommend - really good value for the money! no complementary water in the room and the minibar was quite pricey, but there was a Carrefour nearby so I got my supplies from there - one day only one of the elevator worked so this caused a bit of a longer wait but they organized the repair within one day so the issue was solved fast

Good location, staff is nice, and great value. Gym is decent for a hotel, rooms are spacious, staff is nice. There were parties under our window on the street, and despite the closed window, noise was very loud.
