Location is great. One staff was apathic other was friendly. Rms are fine for short stay (i just needed an overnight stay). Sheets seemed clean and fine. Towel was sealed in a plastic bag. Floor was clean. Bed and pillow not confy. Bed somewhat too hard and pillow didnt have enough stuffing. Walls had old spills visible and bathroom was also not as clean as one would wish. Old used soap in the shower, hair stuck to the walls and drain. My main issue was the noise. Walls seem too thin and One can hear people coming and going, having sex (and not in the rm immeadiatelly beside!), talking in the hallways... washing machine going on in the morning somewhere in the building. I was in the 3rd floor. Had hardly any sleep. Cabinets not clean, smelling mould inside. Maybe ok for very heavy sleepers.

The place is very quiet The staff is very helpful and helped me a lot Close to Paulista Street, next to the hotel, a supermarket and more than one restaurant I liked the place very much Thank you very much, I will definitely come back again

this hotel has a really great location, it's in one of the safest districts of Sao Paulo and very close to Paulista avenue. Also, the price is surprisingly cheap. the room is very very simple but clean. the mattresses are good, a bit hard but I was happy about it, cos I have spine problems- slept like a log. reception works 24 hours, which is great. and the stuff was very nice and helpful very very poor and old, don't stay on the first floor the windows go to the backyard with huge garbage bags, ofc it all smells, I found a dead cockroach on the floor. there is no drinking water or snacks, but there's a supermarket around the corner. so you gotta buy at least a bottle of water in advance, otherwise, you'll have nothing in your room.
