Everything. There was suprise after suprisse. I love how the hotel celebrantes Brazilian culture in the decor. The staff was very helpful. I didn’t like the breads served at breakfast.

It is one of the hotels in the world where things are made differently and that’s a real experience. A must stay in São Paulo. The food quality is standard. But just enjoy the rest of the hotel - it is amazing.

Nice decor. Beautiful suite, high quality finishes. Felt crowded. “TikTokers are ruining it” Rabo di Galo bar had no vibe for a live music place; fake tv for fireplace is just wrong.

EVERYTHING. Endlessly stunning! Every detail was perfection from the perfectly tuned guitar to the ring dish in the bathroom. Nothing was not to like.

All the staff are amazing, there is attention to detail in everything, the jazz bar Rabo de Galo is wonderful and the singer was incredible as were all the servers especially Rafael. The food is absolutely delicious. Ummmm…..nothing!

Roof top bar was not working during our stays for no particular reason. I think that's a miss for this otherwise excellent place.
