The location was great. The bed and mattress were awful. Not comfortable and making noise.

It is at the center of Brás. The receptionists treated us really bad, there was not even a smile on the face. Someone sent us a small thing to be received at the reception but they refused to receive it and we weren’t in the room. So this disturb something important we were doing. The room itself was completely different than the pictures and was really low quality for the price.
