Location in downtown easy to work Rooms are too small also the bed are small and there is no room cleaning service every day like other hotels. Rooms will be cleaned once you check out. You have to use same towel for your stay

Location for shopping. Inside Plaza Mall, connected to Polo Moda Mall The very relaxed attitude of some attendants at the reception. The access at night was not easy to find, We had to walk from the cars way into the parking.

great Value for the money. good location, not too far from metro and enough bus stops. not easy to find some rooms, no signs how to get there. very confusing! Please put enough signs for people do not spend 5-10min to look for the room. to customer: believe me, your room is there, just hidden in the labyrinth. signst 80-90 doesn't mean there are just room 80-90! follow and you will discover rooms below 80.

The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Inside a mall and close to center. Just a bit of noise as the rooms are not very sound proof.

My room wasn't accessible by an elevator, and I had to carry my bags one floor up to get to the room, and no one offered help

The kitchen shelf was full of dust. Internet was cont connecting properly. There was no water in the room. The staff was cooperative though. The space was too narrow as well.
