Bed was comfortable It looks better on pictures; the place is kinda noisy or maybe the walls are just thin, but you can hear people from outside of your room and etc. there is no refrigerator in the room. Also you need to take the stairs to go upstairs to get to the reception, there is no elevator - so in my opinion people with disabilities may struggle.
