The friendliness of the staff. The walls and floor in the hallway amplify too much small noises, it's easy to wake up in the night due to guest noises getting in or out the rooms.

I was charged as a no show due to a front desk agent mistake... It's frustrating! The worse service I have ever had... You loose a client... I'll pay for your staff mistakes, however, I will never ever use this service again! Shame on you!

The bed was confortable and the air conditioner was silent. The room was near the reception and some guests were making noise late night to enter or leave the hotel. The lock to access the hotel made a very loud sound when it was unlocked.
