Nothing, terrible place to stay at, specially with kids Do NOT stay on this property, it’s advertised as 4* but offers a 2* service. Room is in terrible conditions, peeling walls, dirty floors, filthy carpet, broken lamp, rotten door. This are a few points observed. Not worth it at all ! Avoid this place at all costs

In the corridor was a smell of mold, could be due to the fact no windows, no ventilation, besides that everything was great.

The location is great. Walking distance from many restaurants and very close to shopping centers and other points of interest. The layout of the room was very cramped and inconvenient. To get to bed, you literally have to jump on the bed because there is no space on the sides of the bed to stand up, while there is a dining table in the middle of the room with more space than the bed. The room is dark and not attractive. The breakfast was mediocre and limited in options.

Everything, (but three lights did not work in the room). The restaurant was good - but they need to replace the dirty, frayed edged placements, to give the best impression. Great service, both front desk and in the restaurant!

ROOMS ARE DATED..... AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK FOR THE FIRST NIGHT AND WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS. BED WAS NARROW AND UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PILLOW THAT WAS GREAT. THERE IS A RESTAURANT OR BAR NEAR THE HOTEL THAT WILL MAKE AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF NOISE. AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ARE NOISY AND VOBRATE LIKE AN OLD WW2 PISTON AIRPLANE... BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED TO MY SURPRISE AS MOST PLACES IN BRAZIL DO INCLUDE IT.... Bed, noise, air conditioner...

The desk clerk, I believe his name is Santos was extremely helpful - give that man a raise! He went above and beyond any expectations I could have had traveling with a challenging individual as I am. not having breakfast included
