O café da manhã foi excelente, muito completo e saboroso. O horário do café da manhã é muito bom, o local é limpo e organizado. O atendimento é excelente e as opções são variadas. Recomento! Em alguns dias, alguns pratos estavam sem a placa de nome. Pode ser que algum hóspede removeu ou o staff se esqueceu.

Toilet wasn’t working properly, they had to come and fix it twice. Very small rooms, almost no space for more than 2 bags. Restaurant was really bad, Breakfast bad :(

Location Service at restaurant was horrible, food is good, wifi has blockers to some apps and webpage for work, rooms are very small and with a tiny space for your clothes

Great stay, comfortable bed and clean room. The hotel looks new and it’s in a great location. They only had outlet adapters for sale.

I enjoyed the property everything was walking distances to everything. I liked that they had a restaurant/ bar. The check out process was beautiful. The housekeeper was amazing they had our room tidy up every day for us for the stay, they are so nice and I feel like the backbone of the hotel. When arriving for checking in. We are American and we don’t speak no English, and we try our best to show the reception upon arriving our information, but she was so rude and disrespectful, and when we asked questions about something they looked at us like we are uneducated and I don’t like that feeling. After the rest of our stay we tried to stay away from the reception desk until check out. The shower was terrible, it over flow to the floor which caused water all over the floor.

Great location. Walkable to restaurants, metro and avenida Paulista. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast, though abundant, is typical Brazilian, which means its sweet and has mainly carbs. Gym is tiny. Reception, for some unknown reason, is always crowded.

Great breakfast and a good place to stay in a centric area. Family members had it easy to locate us and it was close to the places I needed to go on this trip. Overal it was great! I recommend this. Nothing to complain.

Tiny gym. good selection at breakfast though not top quality. Good proximity to metro station and many restaurant choices at a short walking distance. Seems to be a safe area also at night. Lady at breakfast was impolite. Bad coffee at breakfast. Room layout is weird.
