Hotel Laghetto Stilo São Paulo

This was my second stay at this hotel. They upgraded me to executive suite, which was so sweet for them. Enjoyed my stay!

Great location, very comfortable bed, great room, good space, lighting, comfortable and nice furniture, great breakfast with good variety and quality. Fast checkin/out and helpful staff. Nothing.

We didn't love our dinner at the restaurant, but that might just be taste preferences. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything was excellent – the hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and everything very fresh – we really enjoyed it every morning. Once again, being able to check out at 3 PM was incredibly helpful for us and made everything much more comfortable and relaxed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐️

When I finished my breakfast I lost my key, it's was almost at 11.30 so before my checkout i wanted other key to organize my staff... so the girl from the reception she asked me to pay the parking of my car and to make checkout earthly on that time ⏲️ 11.30 So I was surprised ? never saw ? that in my life ....

The room was very nice however we entered first the wrong room with our card which was very weird and they said it happens often... The food was horrible from tge main dish until the dessert. Also the jacuzzi was freezing cold in the spa.

Restaurant closed to serve just an specific group

The hotel was very nice, and I absolutely loved the smell when walking into the lobby—it was so welcoming! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the fresh juices and good coffee. The breakfast staff were also very pleasant and friendly, making the whole experience even better. The only things we didn’t like were that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, there was no shampoo on the first day, and on the next day, there were no hand towels provided, so we had to use the bath towels for everything.

Beautiful hotel. Restaurant food was great for dinner and good for breakfast. Surprised a fairly new hotel has mold growing on the shower ceiling. We were on the first floor near the lobby and the sound of the bar and restaurant was pretty loud between 6pm and 11 o’clock.

Good Shower (basic) Good Breakfast (variety of options) Noisy room at the second floor. There are big projected screens for soccer games that are displayed at night, and there were gatherings until around midnight (in a week day). If we were already able to hear ordinary noises caused by the regular traffic of suitcases, the gatherings at the lobby/restaurant area, were an absolute nuisance. They were not able to get my wife's name right after being corrected several times, including the written form they provide during check-in; lesson 01 of hospitality: know your patrons. The hotel is probably associated with some kind of fitness institution because they provided me keys that required me to come back to front desk,in order to reactivate them, several times. At the end I was getting back to the hotel and requesting to get my keys reactivated to save the cardio.

Hotel is sleek Japanese architecture design. Room was nice size with view of community courtyard. Large bed and impressive modern bathroom. Hotel is in residential neighborhood and seemed relatively safe, while also easy to walk to Avenida Paulista. We ate twice dinner there, and the service, food, presentation, and setting was delightful. Staff is very nice and incredibly attentive. Breakfast was surprisingly disappointing given the well prepared dinner we had the night before. The food supervisor for morning must be a different person. Eggs were both mornings watery; potatoes--one day roasted were mostly insufficiently cooked; the second day the potatoes were boiled and left with skin dangling in pot of water--looking utterly unappetizing. Tomatoes were not replenished from on top of large bowl of simple lettuce leaves--so not really a salad, not effectively a plate of tomatoes either. The staff was inexplicably spooning each of the food items into plastic bags during prime breakfast hours --8:30AM, including things that would better be put in containers. I can't imagine putting mushed cake, or eggs, for example into plastic bags is anyway to feed anyone. If you must do that for whatever reason, do it in the kitchen out of sight. One day there very good tapioca porridge, the next day it was gone, and corn on the cob was in its place--who eats that for breakfast. The bathroom, while lovely, is a bit too sleek with its marble floors throughout, including the shower, which has not one handle to hold on to. Plus the towels are on a high rack in the shower, making it very hard to reach if you are 5 ft tall. Same with blow dryer, which is also placed on a high shelf in the black wood closet that I almost didn't see, it was pushed so far back. Since the hotel is in a soft opening stage, perhaps the topics I mention can be addressed and make stays of future visitors even more enjoyable.

The service was excellent, the lobby and common areas were nicely decorated and the room was sized right for a triple. Not near shops, restaurants, bars.

Noisy

the location, the staff i had sheet bugs in my bed sheet. i was bitten and have to sleep above the blankets to stop the biting.

Front desk staff are fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Soft pillows. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Gym facility was great. No outdoor pool. Towels are well used and not soft.

Good amenities, modern well equipped hotel. Very helpful staff- even though there was a language barrier (most staff spoke broken English) they were always ready to help. Many went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Great breakfast spread and thr room service menu was delicious. All in all a great holiday at a great hotel. The pool wasn't functional when we visited but the staff informed us right at the time of check in so this wasn't too much of an issue.
