Location good besides Climb 3 steep blocks of slope and then 3 more long, flat blocks to the nearest metro station, Paraíso. Nice kitchen , staff, cleaning and commun area , number of bathrooms enough. Small bedrooms, bunk beds with low clearance and stained sheets, most of which are worn or torn.

- Very good location even had to walk 800 meters to the closest metro station. - Staff make you fill at home like a big family. - 24hs reception . Hard plastic covers on pillows and mattresses . Lack of female bathroom and only 1 female bedroom for 6. . Not too many amenities.

The matresess are a bit odd and really hot during the night.

The location is good, it’s close more or less to the metro The bathrooms are terrible, very dirty, most doors don’t close and hot water is difficult which is an issue specially when it’s cold.

I felt like at home, thanks to Sergio, Lucia, and Nick. The staff is very friendly. The place is super close to Paulista Avenue, so you can get around easily. It's a safe area, which is important to consider in Sao Paulo. I think they should ban smoking at the table where some of us sit to eat

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, from quick and simple checking in and out, to local information about the area. Bathrooms were modern and clean. There was no breakfast, though this was not a surprise as they had already advised. I hope when I go back that breakfast is on offer again!

Nice sraff. Noiisy ! People hear music very loud in the lobby until 2 am ! Very dirty, nobody cleans. Kitchen is a mess. Broken window in the room.

Good location and nice local vibe. The staff was kind and helpful. The place was a bit run down and not very well maintained. The beds had leather coverings which was uncomfortable as the sheets would just slide.
