I like the room only and the price is fine The location is horrible dangerous at night time, you don’t find anything around at all to eat during night time. I would never stay there again

Room Nothing

Located near metro station. Staff behaviour was decent. The room was VERY tiny for the price we paid. It had no drinking water bottle, electric kettle, snacks, not even shampoo. Only shower gel was provided. Everything else had to be brought separately. Water bottles were available for purchase in the hotel lobby and it was very expensive. The breakfast buffet was decent. For dinner, they offered buffet with mainly pizza - which was mediocre for the price they charged. Microwave and electric kettle were available for use in the hotel lobby. Next to the kettle, there were very tiny disposable cups or no cups at all. They were trying to cut costs in every way. I would avoid this hotel if I visit Sao Paulo again.

Walk to train station; very friendly staff, felt safe, had a restaurant and snacks to buy. small shops immediately across the street and within walking distance. AC worked very well. Rooms were small but there was a fridge and cubby space. No USB ports. Bed was on hard side and pillows were small but otherwise quite comfy. I can't imagine two people in there though! Small room with a tight fit so two ppl with extra luggage will be challenging.

Although it’s not the safest neighborhood (which is normal for any downtown area of a big city), the 24h reception and security safe to go in or out at any time of the day. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are indeed very quiet and modern. A great hotel for couples or friends, specially if you’re willing to use the subway. The only unfortunate things were the lack of a hand-held bidet in the bathroom and thin pillows on the bed. The elevators should also have an integrated system to make them more efficient.

It is near the Luz station. Employee are so friendly. Wifi does not work well at the high floors. Air conditioner is center controlled, we could not change it. As a policy, they ask for money if you wanna leave your luggage for some hours.

It was clean The AC stopped working regularly, the staff on the night we arrived was not as helpful as one may expect. I think the pizza thing on the dinner could extend a bit later but I guess tradition is different

The lobby and staff are very welcoming The bathroom had broken tiles and was not really clean (lime/mold)

Breakfast was good. Room is super super small. No blankets or extra pillows were supplied. You had to go down to reception and then none was available. Hotel is in a very bad part of town. Security at the front door...felt unsafe.

Dont have breakfest in the booking

Hotel is reasonably priced, good location for visiting the Mercado Municipal My room access card had to be reprogrammed 4 times during my 1 week stay - each time preventing me getting into my room and necessitating an elevator trip back to reception. The technology in use is poor. On the 4th occasion when I politely complained, the female receptionist was very rude. Towels were poor quality - some days no bathmat was provided. No drinking water in the rooms. Hotel is extremely busy at times, so there can be long waits for an elevator. The area around the hotel has many homeless people and feels unsafe.
