The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially the receptionists who made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent with good options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Everything was great during my stay.

Good location, near the Tiete bus terminal. Some nice restaurants and bars in the area. but also some homeless people around. breakfast area was too busy. did not have breakfast, limited options. Shower water pressure was poor and the water heater didnt work well. Additionally, water buildup in the shower area.

Nice breakfast The hotel is neat. Average space area The bald headed receptionist was very nice and always willing to help. Area is relatively okay but Terrible Wi-Fi No kitchen to Oder food but there is a restaurant next door. Racist receptionist, there was a particular semi Buffy guy who wouldn’t allow my guest into the room and gave no reason. He was absolutely rude for no just cause. Room wasn’t cleaned throughout my stay. Stayed at the hotel for three nights, not sure if it was the hotel policy or I had to request for a cleanup to get one.

The staff is superb. I made a request and they granted it. Every time we needed help, Henrique and Junior (receptionists) were there for us. Even the cleaning lady Fran and the kitchen staff were very attentive. If you happen to book your stay with breakfast, make sure to eat the cake, it's simply delicious.
