The breakfast was quite nice. The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I did not feel safe with the location and was somewhat scared.

The staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The hotel us simple but decent and good value. Despite the noise in the surroundings, the bedroom was pretty quiet. Location is terrible. Easy to get to, central area but the part of the city centre that is sad and dangerous.
-
Great price and 2 blocks far from train station Extremely noisy. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything everywhere.

A limpeza do local é excelente!

The bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean. AC is a luxury. Breakfast was fine The hotel is near a busy drugs street. The people there don't harass you, but can be uncomfortable for some (I didn't mind it though, but people did warn me about the neighborhood)

My entire reason for bookng this is its being next door to the Luz train station so that I can go to and from the airport. For that, the hotel is convenient. The breakfast room is super cramped, with high-traffic items like utensils being stuck in a corner so everyone is bumping and reaching. The reception desk did not know the schedule for the airport express train. You would think that many other guests would be using the train and they don't know the most basic train schedule? Due to their bum information, I missed the once-hourly direct airport train and had to take a slower transfer train. Luz is a seedy, red-lightish area. "Cracolandia" is a few blocks away. Not much around there foodwise except for the pretty good gourmet buffet at the Julio Prestes concert hall a couple blocks away (across from Cracolandia!).
