I had a very nice stay in Hotel Chaves. The Hotel was clean, comfortable and located in the center of the city. Roberto was very friendly and helpful, and gave me a lot of advices and recommendations. I will definitely come back if I need a hotel in Sao Paulo.

The hotel receptionist was BERY rude and unprofessional and the hotel environment was a complete mess! There were drug addicts and homeless people roaming around the streets trying to snatch your belongings at any given opportunity!!! The staffs are great! They're very kind and friendly. It was very hot. They don't have any aircondition or even an electric fan.

The reception is exceptionally kind, thanks to them for making it a great stay! I mean yeah, the location is obviously not ideal, but if you are careful you shouldn't have any problem. I recommend this hotel!

The stuff was super friendly and did everything to make a comfortable stay. It’s necessary to be aware of the environment. It’s good for many guest, but not for everyone. Anyway, the stuff assisted me well.

The staffs were so friendly and good in speaking English!! The cleaner lady was doing great job! Old property that electric socket was not working properly, the duvet was shattered the bed cover was torn and broken, pillow cover was out dated and shattered . The location was rough with over 100 drug addicts around that would sleep on the road and even toilet on sidewalk as the result the are smells too bad !!! Too many crimes goes around these area!!
