GoodStay São Paulo Ibirapuera

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. It was just a 5 minute walk to Ibirapuiera Park. The breakfast was basic, nothing fancy but included in the reservation so I have no complaints.

Great location close to Ibirapuera Park. Staff was super responsive and included breakfast was wonderful. Easy uber ride to the historic center; would stay again. Met expectations.

No direct/shuttle bus to/from airport/hotel.

Great location near the park, comfortable bed and pillows, nice staff. Breakfast included multiple items from the menu, most of which included eggs and cheese. There was papaya, pineapple, banana, and apples for the vegans! It was quite cold in São Paulo when we were there and there’s no heat in the hotel room. Plus the bathroom faucet only had cold water. There’s no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up steep stairs if you’re on an upper floor. There is also some street noise and barking dogs.

Good location near Ibirapuera Park. Hotel let us park our car for free. The first room we got smelled like urine. The bed sheets were stained & had several hairs in the bedsheets. The staff gave us a new room. The new room had over 30 flies in the bathroom. Mattress was so uncomfortable we both woke up in pain. Door to the room got jammed & we couldn’t get out of the room for 10 minutes until we got a staff member to let us out. Breakfast cereal was stale.

Great area close to the park! Safe and quiet. Great for the price! Room was a bit small.

Location! The cleaning staff left the windows open so when I checked-in there were several flies. I was more concerned with mosquitoes getting in.

There is no glass for water in the room. Ask for it at the reception before you go into your room.

The owner and the receptionists are very helpful and kind with a smile on face always. The facility was clean and tidy.

Well located Bed sheets with some stains. Breakfast options is a little limited but it is still good.

The breakfast was not worth it

Bruno was excellent. Referred me to the beast steak house in São Paulo which is literally two blocks away. I would prefer to have hot water in the sink. There was only cold water so had to shave in the shower. Not the end of the world, just like to use a mirror when I shave.

There are only 2 parking spots available in front of the hotel, so if you're driving you may have trouble finding a parking spot - make sure to ask the front desk, apparently there are some spots available in properties nearby.

The property was clean, the location was good and it is pet friendly. A small unmarked step on tile was almost disastrous.

The location is awesome (Ibirapuera).. the breakfast is great... The room was too small...
