The location is great, near to local bars and to the Paulista Avenue. The staff was really nice and helpful. We only had to pay for the parking on a private park near to the hotel. It was 25 Brazilian reais. Really noisy outside once the hotel is located near to Paulista Avenue and the windows are very cheap. The facilities are well cleaned and honest, however not that comfortable. Suitable for the money invested.

The location is great, breakfast was nice, hot water is available with posibility to contol temperature. The room was simple but has everything you need, they have additional hygiene items in the room that you can buy if you need it. AC works great. It has a security pin at the entrance, so it's very safe. It's a bit noicy during the day as the street is very busy with traffic, but during the night and early morning it's quiet.

The staff was polite. Very dirty room, with dead insects on the floor and larvae bellow the tea bags and sugar packets.

Breakfast was good actually - and the elevator to rooms was efficient. Room had a fridge Room was tiny - noisy from nearby streets - hot water difficult to manage and lighting in room was poor.
