Location was very convenient, breaskfast was good, rooms were good, the bathroom was stuck in the 80s, and the bathtub/shower was clogged beyond belief. But overall it was well Batbtub/shower was clogged

Good location, helpful staff, nice bed and big room Lighting switchs at the room are at a weird location, there was a mistake with a charge at the mini bar. No complementary water. Bathtub needs better cleaning. Breakfast needs more bacon.

The location mostly The room is very basic and old. The bed is not very comfortable, although the pillows are. The bathroom is awful — old, looks dirty, the bathtub is stained, and the toiletries are very basic. The hotel ran out of water one morning for a couple of hours.

The breakfast was the highlight. The bed was comfortable. The sensitivity to eco-friendly practices. The shower and bathroom could be updated. The bed made some noise. The thermostat did not provide heating. The wifi stopped working for me the night before I checked out.

It was a spacious and comfortable room with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and only 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The hotel provided a good breakfast. The only negative was that the safe in my room did not work. I reported this but nothing was done, even though I was there for four nights.

Room size is good, clean and comfortable. Fridge makes a loud noise making it difficult to sleep (I stayed in two different rooms and had the issue on both). Breakfast isn’t good quality, quite boring options actually. Unfortunately while my stay there, they were doing maintenance on the lift which made it impossible for me to stay in my room due to the noise. Nobody has proactively said anything to me in advance.

Good location, close to Av. Paulista. Powerful shower was a plus. WiFi was very low quality, constantly dropping. Very noisy refrigerator in the room.
