Just stayed here for one night, but it was a nice hotel. Some of the rooms are having washing machine, fridge, kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Nice and clean rooms, enough big for solo or a couple. Not so far from main avenue paulista, and on a quiet street having many nice restaurants just next to the hotel. The guy at the reception was always smiling and full of energy. I would appreciate if you can share his name (sorry I forgot the name). couldn't check for other amenities, so no more comments but overall - satisfactory.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. There all kinds of restaurants at walking distance of the hotel. Neighborhood is safe and lovely! Noting really!

It’s a nice place for a short stay, the internet is medium so if you need to work better some place else, they did not clean my room, because they have specific hours and they are not flexible. The area of the hotel is great to walk around.

Breakfast was ok, and the location great No cafetería access at night to get a hot cup of water, for example.! And Not even at the front desk. Also the air conditioner to noisy and the pillows very uncomfortable

Location was good. Breakfast was decent. The bathroom is outdated and the bathtub didn't work. It wasn't safe for people with mobility issues as it wasn't flat.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is quite good. The breakfast is good. The room is quite spacious. There is a courtesy coffee in the room that is quite nice. There is parking (paid). The towels and bed clothes were very clean! Internet is slow and unstable, had to use our phones roaming all the time. The TV stop working on our second night and didn't get fixed. The light bulb exploded on our arrival. The maintenance team is almost never available. The building is old. The beds are too soft.
