Amazing breakfast

Hotel staff was great, very friendly, spoke English and Spanish which helped a lot. Great bed, good location, tasty free breakfast. The bathroom was outdated, lots of rust, no ventilation fan in the bathroom for shower and steam circulation, bad smell from toilet. Didn't provide any kind of lotion as part of toiletries sets.

Noisy as they are refurbishing the front desk access as well as the pool area. Also, they claim to have a king size bed but it is in fact 2 single beds united that do not align the height of the mattress

The Breakfast (very poor) and the Elevator (small size, one of the elevator is not functioning and the staff of the hotel is using during the check in time.

The location, however, there is a construction site right next door with hammering early in the morning. The hotel is rather small with only two small elevators and one wasn’t working for the 2 days we were there. I requested 2 rooms on the same floor, one 3 beds for my kids and 1 double. They gave me on two separate floors. I was not pleased about this. The staff could hardly speak English. The breakfast was very basic and staff not very helpful. Nothing like omelettes or fried eggs were offered. My kids were disappointed with the breakfast.

Good location. Poor maintenance. air con not working, toilet got clogged, shower mediocre. Poor quality toiletries. Also overpriced small bottles of water in the minibar

Excellent service from the reception staff. Huge room with lots of light and even a small balcony. Well stocked mini bar. The location is ideal, close to pharmacies, bars, restaurants, etc. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
