Todo estaba bien limpio, ordenado, deseamos quedarnos por más tiempo

No kitchen or place to fill water, loud music in the morning from the reception

Might have been because it was in the last days of.carnaval but this was terrible, very nasty toilets...booked for two nights and ended up staying one only

Helpful, friendly staff in a great location. Jordanna helped me learn the place & neighborhood. Would return next time I’m in SP.

Near to Av Paulista, restaurants, bars and subway. Best location to stay in São Paulo

Nice hostel in a very safe area of the city. Had a pleasant stay in Sao Paulo here. Would prefer if beds were fitted with proper sheets that actually fit the bed. More frequent cleaning of the bathroom could've been more ideal although I think some of the other people staying in the hostel were just really messy people and did not clean up after themselves in the bathroom.

The room was dark, cold (because of the ac). The wall beside my bed was dirty. There is no where no make a cup of tea. The bathroom was small. No windows are in room.

Great location and helpful staff Small dormitories not super clean. The rooms should be renovated

The staff weren’t friendly. There was no kitchen, which I found absurd, and on the hot days in São Paulo, there wasn’t even a water cooler to drink from. I do not recommend it for someone who truly wants to live in a hostel-like environment. It’s not a hostel.

It has black out curtains on the bunks and power sockets / lights Very good location , safe neighbourhood 24h front desk Showers and toilets were cleaned everyday Although this isn’t the fault of the property someone stole something of mine from the communal shower , with all the cctv they didn’t try to help me find who took it. Be careful of Your belongings! No windows in the rooms The terrace isn’t open all the time and you cannot eat food unless bought from the restaurant next door

Nice manager, nice bedrooms The hostel doesnt have any place to sit, doesnt have a kitchen, doesnt have a balcony, not a place to socialize, just bedrooms and shower.

The rooms and common areas were always spotless clean, and smelled amazing. Bravo to the lady cleaners! The beds had a curtain for privacy and to hide the light, and a small shelf to put your stuff. Very modern, well equipped. Unfortunately, the pillowcase, sheet and the towel that I rented DID NOT SMELL CLEAN. I would suggest that they change their lavatory company, it is a shame. They smelled like aftershave that was left in the closet for one year. I couldn't bear the smell of the pillowcase, and I asked for a new one. They kindly gave me one, but it smelled bad, too. I had to put one of my clean t-shirts on top, to sleep. Also, my towel got missing one day before my departure ( I don't know if someone took it from the hanger, or it fell on the floor and the cleaner took it), but the new one they gave me had stains on it (although it was supposedly sealed in plastic). Finally, two issues with the upper bunk beds; there is no curtain between one and the next, I had to ask for an extra sheet to hang myself, otherwise I would totally see the person next to me. And, there is no horizontal divider between the beds, I kept dropping stuff to the lower bunk bed, through the gap from the wall.
