The location There is no hot water in the bathroom. It is only a little warm. We've been 7 nights and no one came to clean the room.

Hi my name is jose filho live in USA I arrived in at the hotel late at night I identify myself I tell the receptionist I have a reservation she sent me to fourth floor room with 4 beds for four peoples I returned again receptionist my reservation is for one person only room with one bed she’s sending me. to second floor with room with one bed and I’m talking about the receptionist who works at night she’s a terrible Maria Eduardo Location is OK

Almost nothing, maybe breakfast was not so bad and beds were comfortable. Almost everything. Location terrible and unpleasant, check in very difficult, the staff couldnt find our reservation and they do not speak english at all, the room and linens dirty so we had to use our sleeping bags and towels. No water in the morning in our room. Do not recomend it anybody.
